Coconut Active uses a courier service which couriers overnight to most major cities within South Africa. Should your order be placed before 2pm, we will despatch your order on the same working day, overnight.

Should you live outside a major city, your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days.

All purchases made over a weekend, public holiday or after 2pm on a workday, will be sent out the following working day.

Shipping within major cities of South Africa is a flat rate of R60, outside areas is a flat rate of R80. All packages must be signed for when delivered - please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide either a work address or an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours. We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.

International orders will receive a quote for shipping based on weight of package and country of destination. We use Air Mail and packages should be expected within 10 working days. 


When purchasing your items, please have a look at the sizing guides for accurate sizing. If a certain product runs small or large, we will recommend ordering a size down or up. Should you have any queries regarding sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Should your order arrive and is the wrong size, you may return for a refund or exchange it for something else. Please note, that we only process refunds if items have all tags attached, are unworn and have no marks / stains / noticeable wear. We reserve the right to deny a refund should the items be worn or in unfit condition to resell.

Please note that all exchanges and refunds must be done within 7 days of receipt of your order.

For refunds you would need to cover the cost of shipping the item/s back to Coconut Active. If you are exchanging an item, you would also need to cover the cost, however, we will send your new purchase to you free of charge if you live within South Africa.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to exchange or return your item:

  • Email and let us know which item you will be returning, as well as the reason
  • We will forward the address to where you need to send the item
  • Please note, you will need to use a trackable service to return your item, and we will not receive items which are not in perfect condition
  • We will then issue your refund, or send you the correct item
